These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of archerhealth.com and related online services operated by Archer Health ("Archer," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you receive clinical care from Archer, separate clinical agreements and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices govern that relationship.
