Privacy Policy

Last updated June 10, 2026

Archer Health, Inc. ("Archer," "we," "us") respects the privacy of visitors to our website and members who receive care through our clinics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect from this website

We collect contact-form submissions (name, email, company, role, message) and basic visitor analytics (page views, referrer, device type). We do not sell or rent this information.

Text messaging (SMS)

Archer Health offers an optional text-message program for members — appointment confirmations and reminders, lab-result-ready notifications, preventive-care and benefit reminders, and account notifications. Enrolling is never required to use Archer Health or to receive care. Members opt in through a separate, unchecked consent checkbox in the member portal (see how opt-in works) and can opt out any time by replying STOP or changing their portal settings.

We use your mobile phone number and SMS consent records only to operate this program and to send one-time sign-in codes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message delivery is carried out by our telecommunications provider acting on our behalf. Full terms are at SMS Terms.

Protected health information

Care delivered at an Archer clinic is governed by HIPAA and our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the clinic and at /hipaa. Information from your medical record is never used for marketing.

How we use website information

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and may be retained for relationship management. Analytics inform site improvements. We do not share form data with third parties except as required by law.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party analytics cookies and a chat widget cookie to understand how the site is used. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which supports ad measurement and retargeting on LinkedIn, and HubSpot tracking for marketing analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality, and you can opt out of LinkedIn ad personalization through LinkedIn's opt-out controls.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of any personal information we've collected through this website by emailing [email protected].
