Archer Health's text-message program is optional and is never required to use Archer Health or to receive care. Opting in is a separate, deliberate action inside the member portal — it is not bundled with collecting a phone number and is not part of signing up. A member's phone number provided at sign-in is used only for one-time sign-in codes (a separate, transactional service).
Consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of using Archer Health, or of receiving care. SMS consent is collected on its own and is not part of any other agreement, terms of service, or enrollment step.
The opt-in steps
- The member signs in to the member portal at archerhealth.com/member.
- They open Notifications.
- They see the consent screen below, with the checkbox unchecked by default.
- To opt in, they actively check the box and tap Enable text reminders. To decline, they tap No thanks — and everything else keeps working, with no effect on their care or eligibility.
The consent screen members see
Reproduced exactly as it appears in the authenticated member portal:
Text reminders
You can change this any time in your settings. Opting out of reminders does not affect security texts like sign-in codes — those are a separate service.
Opting out
Members can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by changing their portal settings. Opting out does not affect their care, eligibility, or other communication channels.
No third-party sharing
Archer Health does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
