SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Archer Health text message program operated by Archer Health, Inc. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Archer Health sends text messages to members enrolled in an employer-sponsored Archer Health benefit. Messages include appointment reminders, intake and onboarding nudges, lab-result availability notifications, care follow-ups, and other account-related notifications about your care at Archer Health.

This program does not include marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

Opting in to text reminders is completely optional and is never required to use Archer Health or any part of our service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of using Archer Health, or of receiving care, and is not part of any other agreement. We do not collect SMS reminder consent when you provide your phone number — your number is used only to send one-time sign-in codes, which are a separate, transactional service.

To opt in, sign in to the member portal at archerhealth.com/member, open Notifications, check the SMS consent box (unchecked by default), and tap Enable text reminders. You can also decline (No thanks) and keep using everything else with no impact on your care or eligibility. The consent language reads:

"I agree to receive SMS messages from Archer Health about my appointments, care, and account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

You will receive a confirmation message immediately after opting in.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. Archer Health does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Help

Reply HELP to any Archer Health text for support. You can also email [email protected] or call your clinic directly.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Archer Health text to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts from the reminder program. You can re-enable text reminders at any time inside the member portal or by replying START.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your care, your eligibility, or other communication channels (email, push notification, phone). Opting out of SMS also does not affect security messages such as one-time sign-in codes, which are a separate service.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We treat your phone number and SMS content according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information shared with our SMS provider (Twilio) is governed by Twilio's privacy practices and used solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

To protect your privacy, SMS messages identify the clinic and visit time but do not contain visit reasons, diagnoses, or other protected health information.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by message or in the member portal. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
